Returns

—YOU MUST KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN ORDER TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT. 

—IF YOU WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT BECAUSE YOU ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. 

—MOST PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED ON A FREIGHT LINER (Semi Truck). IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT SEMI TRUCK CAN REACH YOUR SHIPPING DESTINATION. OTHERWISE, YOU MAY NEED TO MEET THE DRIVER SOMEWHERE THAT IS ACCESSIBLE BY AN SEMI TRUCK. FAILURE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY WILL RESULT IN RESTOCKING AND RETURN SHIPPING FEES. 

All returns must be pre-authorized by Seminole Mobility and made within 30 days of receipt of product(s). A return authorization (RA) number must be obtained from our office before returning any merchandise. To obtain a Return Authorization number send an email to don@seminolemobility.com. Once we get your request for a return, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork for your return. 

After receiving the RA and return shipping address from one of our staff members, you are responsible for shipping the product(s) back in the original packaging free of damage. The original packaging must be used to return any products. If products are not returned in original packaging, no refund will be issued. Upon receipt of the returned item and approved evaluation we will credit your credit card. Please note that if the product is damaged during shipping and you don't have shipping insurance, a deduction will be made from your credit to cover the cost of the parts and repair/labor.   Please include your RA number on the shipping label or somewhere in or on the box. Returns not due to warranty approved claims, or factory error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders may not be returned. Seminole Mobility does not participate in any trial programs that manufacturers offer. 

Keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport! Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. You must have a Return Authorization number to ensure that your return is processed. Email or call for an RA number and instructions on how and where to return your order. Please send a detailed explanation about your return. 

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier. You must write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning. Returns without an RA number may be refused and sent back to you. 

If the item you are returning is defective or was shipped in error by Seminole Mobility or a manufacturing partner, we will send a pre-paid shipping label to you to retrieve your package. Depending on the circumstances, Seminole Mobility will at its own discretion, repair or send a replacement free of charge if the unit you ordered arrived defective. If you received a product that you did not order, Seminole Mobility (or one of our manufacturing partners) will at its own discretion, issue a full refund and cover the cost of the return shipping. NOTE: Some manufacturers will replace the item entirely at their own expense. Others will only send parts and a technician to correct the damage. 

All Bathing, Toilet and Personal Items: are not eligible for returns due to sanitary reasons.

Canceled Orders


Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all of the terms defined in this Return Policy, including the inclusion of an RMA number. Please contact us at the number above to receive an RMA number before sending back your canceled order. 


Credits


After we receive your returned merchandise, we will issue a credit back to your original method of payment, less the original shipping fee and the cost of return shipping . However, if we receive the merchandise back and it is damaged, we will deduct the cost of repairs up to and including the full amount of the sale. Returns are typically processed within three business days of receipt of your item. Restocking fees will also be deducted from the refund.
